Terms and Conditions for Custom Offering

1. Design Submission: Customers may submit descriptions of their mascots to be printed on socks via a provided form upon purchase. Bla Training reserves the right to review and reject designs that contain offensive or inappropriate content. Bla Training will not be able to provide the socks unless the mascot details are provided in the form.
2. Approval: All designs are subject to approval, and Bla Training will provide a digital mockup for final approval before production.
3. Ownership: Customers affirm they have the legal right to use any designs submitted. Bla Training is not responsible for copyright infringements based on customer-provided content. Bla Training Cues will still be added to your design (as shown in the image).
4. Design Guidelines: Customisation can be done on the front or back of the sock. No designs on the sides.
5. Brand Integrity: The Bla Training cues (the Bla Training logo, and the two yellow lines) will need to be embraced in the design.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. Customer Designs: Customers retain rights to their designs but grant Bla Training a non-exclusive license to use the design solely for fulfilling the order.
2. Company Designs: Any designs created by Bla Training remain the property of Bla Training and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

1. Bla Training is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
